Sales and stock data lived in messy exports across branches. Answering a simple question, like which lines are slow movers or where stock is running thin, meant hours in spreadsheets, and the answer was stale by the time it landed.
The Solution
We consolidated the exports into one queryable layer and put a text-to-SQL dashboard on top. Staff ask in plain English and get a straight answer, with slow movers, stock health, and branch performance at a glance. We treated it as a retrieval problem, narrowing to the right tables first, then letting the model write the query.
